From the single mother who has no money for food or rent to the family of a laid-off worker threatened with a utility shut-off, our Public Benefits Unit is poised to assist clients who are destitute and in need of help simply to survive with issues such as: public assistance, safety nets, and Medicaid benefits. In addition to representing clients before administrative tribunals and in state and Federal courts, the team also represents homeless clients through the Homeless Task Force outreach program.
