Supervising Attorney
Bill is a Supervising Attorney at Center for Elder Law & Justice, serving as a Staff Attorney since 1979. He represents and advises older clients in connection with Medicare and related private health insurance, Medicaid, nursing homes, and substituted decision-making. He has been a lecturer throughout the community and for State and County Bar trainings. He is past Chair of the Erie County Bar Association’s Committee for the Disabled and a member of the New York State and Erie County Bar Associations’ Elder Law Committees. e is a graduate the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Law School at the State University of New York at Buffalo. In the recent past, he has served on the Board of Housing Opportunities Made Equal, Inc., chairing its Nominating Committee. He is also a member of MIT’s Educational Council, interviewing and assessing local applicants for undergraduate admission.
