Sarah Balogh

Sarah Balogh is a staff attorney with the Kinship Care Legal Services Program at Center for Elder Law & Justice. She represents non-parent relatives of children at risk of placement in foster care. Sarah worked previously as a social worker in the child welfare system, with a focus on mental health and substance use issues. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Bar Association of Erie County, Bar Association of Niagara County, Women Lawyers of Western New York, and the Women’s Bar Association of Western New York. Sarah graduated from SUNY College at Buffalo in 2009, SUNY School of Social Work in 2013, and SUNY Buffalo Law School in 2014.
