Nicole K. Parshall

Attorney
Nicole is a staff attorney at Center for Elder Law and Justice, currently working as Project Attorney on CELJ’s Elder Justice Navigator Grant. Nicole is working alongside the New York State Unified Court System and Chautauqua County to increase access to the courts for older adults in Chautauqua County. The project seeks to create a better means to identify elder abuse and exploitation in litigants already before the court, to improve accessibility to and within the courts for seniors, and to foster better outcomes for older adults who are being exploited or abused. Nicole also provides civil legal representation as needed to these individuals. Nicole previously practiced in CELJ’s Consumer Protection Unit and, before joining CELJ, practiced in the areas of Public Benefits and Landlord-Tenant Law, and also worked as a staff attorney for the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, Georgia. Nicole is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Erie County. She graduated from Alfred University in 2000 and cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 2007.
