Kayleah M. Feser

Social Worker
Kayleah Feser is a social worker at Center for Elder Law and Justice. She is responsible for establishing and coordinating an Enhanced Multidisciplinary Team (E-MDT) in Chautauqua County. Composed of advocates and law enforcement, the E-MDT provides assistance to victims of elder abuse. Kayleah is also involved with CELJ’s Elder Justice Navigator Grant, working in collaboration with the New York State Unified Court System and Chautauqua County to increase access to the courts for older adults. Prior to joining the agency, Kayleah worked as a consultant for Chautauqua County’s Department of Health and Human Services. Additionally, she has held community relations and case management positions in adult care agencies in the Buffalo and Rochester areas. Kayleah is a member of the Chautauqua County Youth Board. She grew up in Chautauqua County and earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Niagara University in 2009. Kayleah is a Master’s Candidate at the University at Buffalo and is expected to graduate with her Masters in Social Work in May 2018.
