Champion Justice With Us

As the largest provider of free civil services in the five counties of Western New York – Erie, Niagara, Orleans, Genesee, and Wyoming counties – we envision and are working toward a future where all members of our community have full access to the justice system, are fairly and equitably treated, aware of their legal rights, and learn self-advocacy.

NLS represents clients who:

  • are about to be evicted
  • who have no money for food
  • veterans
  • victims of domestic violence
  • people with disabilities who are unable to work, or who are trying to get back into the work world
  • children with physical disabilities who need medical equipment just to live day-to-day

Your contribution helps us deliver more services to those most in need in our community.

Your gift helps us to expand our outreach, offer more community education programs, and secure direct benefits for our clients. The Disability Advocacy Project, a specially funded project in our Disability Unit, recently announced helping to secure over a quarter of a million dollars in retro benefits for their clients. These benefits are life changing.

You gift will help us to continue to meet the needs of our clients and those needs have never been greater!
