Project Homeless Connect (PHC) is a national, one-day, one-stop event held every fall in major cities across our nation that links our neighbors in need to essential services. Since 2009, PHC Buffalo has brought together hundreds of local agencies, service providers, and individual volunteers to offer kindness, respect, education, linkages and neighborly love to the most vulnerable among us. PHC is the one day every year that we come together as a community to make a difference in the lives of those we have been called to serve.

Response to Love Center in Buffalo is dedicated to uplifting our community by addressing essential needs and providing educational opportunities for self-sufficiency.
