FSA (Federal Student Aid) Account Please try to log in to your FSA account at StudentAid.gov and note your username and password. If needed, you may retrieve or reset your login using the prompts on the site. Student Aid Loan Servicer Account If you know who services your loans, try to log in to your loan servicer’s website. If you are unsure who your servicer is, this information is available in your FSA account dashboard or by calling the Federal Student Aid Information Center at 1‑800‑433‑3243. What to Bring If available, please have any loan‑related letters, statements, or notices you have received.
