Affordable Home Internet – NYS ConnectALL

Does your household qualify and/or participate in public benefits programs such as SNAP – Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, Medicaid, or HEAP – Home Emergency Assistance Program? You may be eligible for low-cost affordable internet service for as low as $20/month!

The Affordable Broadband Act is a 2025 NYS law that requires NYS internet service providers (ISPs) with at least 20,000 customers to offer reduced-cost plans to qualifying households. United Way of NYS and 211 New York Inc. are collaborating with NYS ConnectAll to spread awareness about the Affordable Broadband Act.
