Molly White

Molly White is a Staff Attorney at Center for Elder Law and Justice. Molly is refining and promoting the use of the Legal Risk Detector App, which is a web-based legal health check-up tool that allows medical personnel, social workers and other allied professionals to screen elderly individuals for common legal issues like abuse and financial exploitation, and refer them to legal services. Molly will also be establishing and implementing a Help Center in Erie Couty Surrogate’s Court. Prior to joining the agency, Molly was an associate at Colucci & Gallaher, P.C., where she specialized in products liability, personal injury, landlord-tenant matters, and commercial litigation. Molly is a member of the Buffalo Green Fund, and a member of Lake Shore Savings Bank Millennial Advisory Board. Molly grew up in Western New York, and earned her Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Potsdam in 2009. She earned her Juris Doctor and Masters in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School in 2012. Molly lives in North Buffalo with her husband and three dogs.
