ABOUT
Intergenerational gaps are real, and have been affected by the COVID pandemic and remote/hybrid work options. This can have serious consequences for morale, recruitment, and retention of employees. Megan Andrews, LCSW-R, Director of the Employee Assistance Program at Child & Family Services, will lead a conversation about biases, assumptions, empathy, and how you and your organization can address concerns. Join us in the Buffalo Club’s Fireplace Room for an educational discussion from 2-4pm with a coffee and dessert reception from 4-5pm!
